Our Response Process

Review notice for completeness and validity

If valid, remove or disable access to material

Notify uploader who may file counter-notification

If counter-notification valid, material may be reinstated

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

Your electronic signature

Identification of removed material and location before removal

Statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief

Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction
